Saguache County Clerk & Recorder's Office will be closed Wednesday, August 27, 2025 and Thursday, August 28, 2025, so staff can get recertified in Elections. Normal business hours will resume Friday, August 29, 2025.

Thanks to the Electronic Recording Technology Board (ERTB) grant program that will offer $10,000,000 in funding to Colorado county clerks, we have taken a proactive approach and changed the Daily and Monthly iCounty.org search fees to zero ($0.00) effective at 12:00 a.m. on 06/14/2021. The per-page print fee remains $0.25 per page to print uncertified documents and a $5.00 fee to export any recorded plat maps. When creating a “Sign-in” for iCounty, the customer will be required to enter their credit/debit card information for the purpose of capturing the per-page print charges.
