Thanks to the Electronic Recording Technology Board (ERTB) grant program that will offer $10,000,000 in funding to Colorado county clerks, we have taken a proactive approach and changed the Daily and Monthly iCounty.org search fees to zero ($0.00) effective at 12:00 a.m.
