2024 Saguache County Primary Sample Ballots
Regent of the University of Colorado – Congressional District 3, Republican candidate Kristine Sposato has submitted a withdrawal form to the Secretary of State’s Office. According to 1-4-1001(1)(c) and 1-5-412(3), C.R.S., votes cast for a candidate who submits a withdrawal form must not be counted. This means votes cast for Kristine Sposato will not be counted.

Emergency Plan for Back up Polling Place
In case of serious emergency there may come a time when the The Polling Center (VSPC) needs to be moved out of the Courthouse to a different location. In such an emergency the Saguache County Polling Place (VSPC) will move to Mountain Valley School within the Town of Saguache at 403 Pitkin Ave inside the Auxiliary Gym.
