Thanks to the Electronic Recording Technology Board (ERTB) grant program that will offer $10,000,000 in funding to Colorado county clerks, we have taken a proactive approach and changed the Daily and Monthly iCounty.org search fees to zero ($0.00) effective at 12:00 a.m. on 06/14/2021. The per-page print fee remains $0.25 per page to print uncertified documents and a $5.00 fee to export any recorded plat maps. When creating a “Sign-in” for iCounty, the customer will be required to enter their credit/debit card information for the purpose of capturing the per-page print charges. The card will only be charged if “print” is selected. This applies to the public as well as stakeholders such as Title companies.
